Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Librael Swimwear! We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any swimwear items once purchased.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred prior to delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must provide proof of the defect or damage by sending an email to ayeshapatro@librael.com. Once we receive your email, we will work with you to arrange a resolution, either by offering a replacement product or store credit for the value of the defective item.
Return Requirements:
To ensure the highest hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear once it has been worn or removed from its original packaging. This includes any items that have been tried on. For your safety and to prevent the spread of bacteria, all swimwear must be returned in the following condition:
- Unused & Unworn: Swimwear must not have been worn in any capacity, including trying it on for fit, in order to maintain hygiene standards.
- Tags Intact: Items must have the original tags still attached. Once tags are removed, we cannot accept the return for health and safety reasons.
- Original Packaging: All swimwear must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is not exposed to any contamination during the return process.
Please note that any items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return or refund.
